2008 Duramax CCLB 3500 SFA
Well, I decided to turn my truck into the ultimate tow rig. Truck is a new GMC Sierra Duramax Crew Cab Long Bed 3500 SRW. Brought it home brand new like this...
ORU FRONT 4 LINK
35 SPLINE OUTERS
WARN PREMIUM HUBS
KING 2.5” FRONT COILOVERS 500#/500#
KING 2.0" FRONT AIR BUMPS
KING 2.5” REAR RESERVOIRS
7" ATLAS REAR LEAF SPRINGS
3" REAR BLOCKS
ORU RAM ASSIST/STEERING BOX
ORU CROSSOVER STEERING
37X13X17 SUPER SWAMPER BOGGERS
17X8.5 MATTE BLACK WALKER EVANS BEADLOCKS W/ 3.75" B/S
FRONT AND REAR "REAL" BUMPERS
WINCHES FRONT AND REAR
And MORE when I think about it. Suggestions welcome.
Basically, everything I need to get my junk to and from the trail.
Already did some minor mods like chip, gauges, and removed side moldings
If you have a Duramax, I recommend one of these bad boys. PPE HOT+2 ET RACE Programmer. Mucho power.:D
Like glass now. Looks much better IMO.
Gauges, shitty pic, from a shitty camera.
Also threw in a Transgo Jr Shift Kit, Deep Pan + Transynd, and a BD exhaust manifold while I was in there, as well as an SD manifold for the intake tube.
Also decided to throw these on to increase mileage...
and show the occassional tailgater who's boss:flipoff: YEEEHAW!
With less than 10,000 miles on the truck I decided :annihilate: the IFS front end
Anbody need a deal on some HD GM parts? Low miles!:D
After those 4 posts I'm sick of the computer now, so more pics to come later
I know, I'm a tease:flipoff2:
I Still Cant believe your dad Has not Killed you!!
And I think you need a Onboard welder!!
Just not before ME!!!
And I think you need a plasma before you torch more shit...
That takes some balls to cut off that front end:jaw-dropping:But thats gonna be one sweet rig when its done:beer:
hell i was paranoid when i started cutting crap off a s10 i bought for $350 bucks.
throw that front IFS garbage on ebay with a starting bid of like 5 bucks and let it go
Boggers for towing doesn't seem like a good idea. What set up on the D60 are you getting? HP, LP, pro-rock? Just curious.
